wheel spec. for e36

Any friend can advise on what maximum rims and tyres size can fit the e36 4doors sedan....I'm using the 17"X8" BBS RK and both front and rear using 225/45/17 falken.My problem;how to widen the appearance of my car when you are at my back ( i mean can upgrade to what maximum tyre width 235, 245 or 255 or i need to change the wheels?

Add spacer or change to stagger M3 contour wheels.Front 7.5'' Rear 8.5'' With 8.5" rear you can have 235 or 245 tires.

Thank bro for your advise.... I'll go for bigger width for rear wheel (and still looking for it), ..but very hard to find laaaa. I just bought the car this year and still not familiar where can find the rims. New ori one cost me a lot pehhhh.
