what is the difference between 118i and 120i? (e87)

hi guys,
i went to check out a pre-tuned tunning package the other day... reflash the ECU. the expected gains on my 118i were +10hp and +20Nm tq.. wow so little... and this is on engine... i wonder if there is any other tunner that can promise more... i am happy to do a tune up if there is a +25hp +25 Nm tq gain and a wider power band...
oh btw, the tuner is from uk.
