hi need advice from sifu here,since our can don't have the water temperature meter. do we need to fix a meter for our ride since all the bimmer got radiator issue..Thanks for the advice first...
Newer version of the Performance Steering got more parameters. The new display colour is white now. I am sure it can be fitted to E90. Docrayboy got it.
The first part where you unlock the diagnostic menus using your chassis number only needs to be done once. After that you don't need to repeat the unlocking process unless you disconnected your car battery for an extended period of time.
You can enter straight into the diagnostic menus any time while you're driving by holding down the "reset odometer" stalk as the website described. But do it safely, slow down and make sure you don't get distracted by it. Also, if you want to close the diagnostic menus (so that you can bring up the time or normal fuel consumption meter), just hold down the "reset odometer" stalk again till the display returns to normal mode.
