sorry to hear about it ...but perhaps your time is not in your side ..KARMA kept you away from that car ...

it's not only you , but i've and many others out there too went through the same ordeal when it comes to used car ...

IM ..make sure when ever you place a deposit , ask them to write it black and white the term and condition the purpose of the deposit and what happens if for instance the loan is being rejected ...you get back the full amount ...there is a grey area when comes to this deposit matter ...

if they are not willing to write it down , would show their intention of selling the car is not genuine ....

any sort of cash trasfer is a NO NO ....

Blame it all on the unrealistically high taxes on new imported cars... basically we are the dumping ground for used cars from overseas. Junks that we have to pay through our noses la. Your 50k will actually get u a nice, hardly used late model BMW in the UK.

Yup I rather keep mine then goes to dealer. I'm not saying all dealer are bad but very hard to find good one. Buyer also 1 thing cant compare market price with genuine seller. I'll try to get direct owner car. It is easy to find good condition newer car than good condition older car. By the way those cars in your signature are yours?

The thing that i dun understand, when he's been introduced by our fren to a genuine dealer, thousands of reason come out including the wifey punya nama pun kena...for not to buy a good deal car..and yet still looking for the arrogant car dealer for a car that is so called 'wife punya preference'..

Got this one malay proverb saying that 'benda depan mata tak nampak, bila dah tak ada baru tercari2'...ada betui ka?
