Just wanna share some useful info on changing speakers, opening the door panels, integrating ipod with the BMW head unit. Thanks zammie for the link. Was also exploring the option of upgrading the speaker as well.

for DIY, please get the door panel clip @ RM1 per piece. The door clip have a tendency to break. if it broken, there would be some sound when your car go over the bump..
