Upgrading to business CD HU

Hi. I am thinking of upgrading the standard cassette player to a Business CD HU by DIY. Any idea how to remove the HU from the dash? Does the newer CD HU comes with a different lead? or just simply plug and play? Some says you need an aerial adaptor especially if your car is pre 2002. Mine is a 2000 318CI by the way. Thanks

My ride is a yr2000 prefacelift and it's currenty using a 2003 M3 CD head unit which I need an antenna adapter.
