Yes 520d is an excellent drive. In U.K. It's the market leader for 5 series.

However our diesel policy makes it impossible for it to be a viable option.

why is it not a viable option here in Malaysia? There are so many owners now.

It has already been mandated that Euro 5 will continue to be B7 while Euro 2 diesel shall be B10.

Some of these AP dealers, non M-Sport also they can say it's M-Sport. Some lousy specs, put up the bodykit and claim it's M-Sport.
Some even advertise the year of make wrongly. Very dishonest people so if you buy AP, please make sure you check properly. Use the VIN to see actual specs of the car and month/year of make.

I'm not sure what's the current market rate but the last batch of 2015 pre-reg cars from authorised dealers are probably around RM 260K - 270K range which is a much better buy compared to AP's IMHO.
