Transmission warning light is on

To any member who knows the problem. Currently the warning light for the automatic transmission is on and the power is sluggish especially when climbing the slope. When the engine is hot the trans stuck at the third gear. Before I send to workshop I want to check the transmission oil but there are no deep lever to know the oil amount. If I'm not mistaken, it can be checked through the upper oil plug at the left side of the transmission and the right level of oil is at the lower lip of the plug's hole. I really need your advise. TQ.

maybe the car already exploded, but the blast was contained by the invisible ozone layer surrounding the car. you better not off the engine, just keep driving around. try to watch the movie Speed for some hints on how not to stop.

nothings very serious, send it to workshop, usually is the electronic board problem, change it and it should be fine. cheers
