I always switch off the air cond before I off the car so that when I restart it, there will be no additional load on the battery. Does any of you practise the same thing or is it unnecessary?

The dealer I bought my car from told me I am wasting time to on off the air cond, saying the battery is powerful enough. Well, lets just say I'm from the old school. If I can take the load off my battery to prolong its life (though just a tiny bit), I will do it.
My air-cond doesn't feel very cold when I'm stuck at a traffic jam. No problem at all when I am on the move. My mech told me could be low gas pressure or possibly a going to be faulty air-cond pump
Grand.. you just bought this car.. be sensible, go to a few shops and see what's wrong with it..no harm. if not the mechanic will change this that.. at your cost.
