Hey guys, I had a question wanna ask.... I was thinking wanna lower my car... So if I purchase sport lower spring do I need to replace the absorber aswell? Or I just replace stock spring to sport spring just like that? My car was E34.... Another question is... Sport spring VS Adjustable Suspension which one better? I mean which one more softer if hit any hole or bump.... And if hit bump which one will not hit the fender.... or what I can say, which better for hardcore driving? Thanks from me to Sifu who helping... Chears!!

In theory any lowered springs will cause shocks to be compressed and shortens it life. So far no one shown it really does but that does not mean it will not.

Of course adjustable suspension system is better but they cost more too. Whether it will hit the fender depends on how much clearance you have and how big the hole is. Most sport springs lower your car between 1"-1.5" only. On stock rims sizes thats nothing at all.

How hardcore is hardcore driving? Adjustable suspension system allows you to adjust damping to your liking. Mere springs can't do much in comparison.

Oh icic, I think so to, if we use Sport spring without replace the Stock Shock the lifetime of the shock will be reduce... And if using sport spring can lower to 1" - 1.5" only I think thats not what I want.... I had plan to replace my current 16" wheel after replace my stock wheel 15" to 18" wheel in the future.... So if adjustable are much better than sport spring ill go with it then.... Hardcore drive almost to drift type of driving what i mean.... Drifting are the hardcore drive ever... If I would like to make the car for drift type, adjustable are better?
