Starting up my own Valet service

Hey dear Beemerians Im looking at starting up my own Valet parking services/Jokey parking, i was wondering would anyone in here have any experience that they could share with me ? Ive already got the location and menpower but im not too sure about the legal side of the business, do i need to get a license for DBKL ?
