Sometime from D drive change to N if car is less than 5-6 km per hour say during jam.

Guys need some advice reards to LCi E60 model when sometime not so frequent but sometime when the car is too slow say searching for parking or durin traffic jam suddenly from D drive it slip to N nd I have to start the engine agagain...any problem with than or it is partly the car stupid character....

Bro Rozaidi, do you mean when the gear slipped from D to N, the engine stalled and you have to restart? If so, than its not normal. Gear shifter will not do that automatically. You need to have it checked before it becomes a major issue :top: ...

Yeap bro...the gear slipped from D to N and like you say the engine stalled and I have to restart...today send my car for medical check up

Cud be your ECU prob which can be rectified by resetting it. Nothing to do with the gearbox :4: ...

When the D drive change to N, does your gear shifter move to N position or only the "D" indicator on dashboard? That does not seem normal
