I have some newbie questions regarding M3. 1. What is the price of a new M3 in Malaysia ? 2. Around how many M3 on Malaysian road now ? 3. Are there mechanics/service centers who specialised in M3 here ? 4. What about the availability of spare parts. 5. I heard the M3 is too powerful to be driven like a nomal car in city traffic. Is this true ? Thank You.

2. More than 99999 M3 registered and on the road now.

Really ar! Many people can service M3's around. No biggie!. Price is really 300++ for a use ones like most of those in this club. Its not really a machine that is so special that you cant drive it. Part wise, ost authorise dealers has but probably Calvin has in stock cause he owns one. Its not a ferrari or Porsche!

At the rate our rich politicians are buying their cars, there could be more ferraris and porsches than M3s on the road!!!:p :D

The Bad news is there aren't anymore NEW E46 M3s :(

The Good news is the V8 powered E93 M3 is around the corner :D

The Bad news is said V8 M3 is going to be priced through the roof

M3 owners, save for the hardcore types, will tell you the M3 is too high-strung/intense for day to day running. With the new E92 335i twin-turbo, we have folks trading in their E46 M3s....that is until the new M3 comes about.

Get a hold of the February issue of CAR magazine (UK edition)...the new M3 is featured in there...a sight to behold really.priced at around 50000 pounds,if i'm not mistaken.
There's also a special write up about the 3 generation M3's...they did a comparison between the e30 m3,e36 m3 and the e46 m3 CSL.Really cool stuff!!!

Wonder if we can get the M3 CS in M'sia???How much would it be??
