Was wondering, with technology nowadays...Is it possible for our smartphones to Bluetooth / Connect to something that will enable our car to play Online Radio stations?Just curious.I myself using Samsung S3 on a 2011 320D M-Sport. Want to see if I can play my online radio with my BMW speakers or not...Appreciate advise, thanks..

i dont thinks so. we need an apps for tha,t which only available f30 idrive. our e90 idrive do not have a connected drive option on the list so we cant play online radio station correct me if i am wrong. unless we upgrade our idrive by using third party hacking system then we can access to online radio station, facebook and etc

Yes, if you have bluetooth streaming, you can stream anything that is playing from your android or iphone to the car. go to your idrive, go to your multimedia, if you see bluetooth audio, you should be able to stream it.

you can use AUPEO (android/iOs) or download the BMW Connected drive App if u have iOS,there is the BMW internet radio which is pretty good.

M5 sport i cant get mine to work it can only stream bluetooth music from the phone but not internet radio how did you do it ? i also want to stream internet radio

This is for CIC iDrive -Go to CD/Multimedia > Bluetooth (Audio)
if your phone and car are paired, you should see the device name and three icons next to it, Phone/Data/Music, make sure Data and Music is lit up. If not, you can select it by highlighting the device and press the Option button on your idrive controller.

thank u so much guys.
