Sluggish gear change on my 323i

Hello guys,
I've sent my car to Ingress for servicing recently , and I also mentioned to them that my gear change is not as smooth as before, sluggish and slow at times. Somehow it feels like it's hard for it to change gears. They told me they've rectified it by resetting the Adaptation Value , but somehow it's still the same . What should I do next? Change the gear oil ? The mileage now is 85k . Please advice , thank you.

Thanks for the advice , thats what I told ingress when i sent it for service, I wanted to change the oil, but they insisted on checking it first . I'll send it there again in the nearest time .
