Should I install the reverse camera from BMW Malaysia?

I've just retrofitted an OEM reverse cam which has all
features similar to original with trajectory lines and 3D
proximity graphics. Even the graphics on the screen is
the same as original. All this at a fraction of the original

I just wonder, I'm thinking of installing the reverse camera from BMW that will cost me RM 4,500.

I read somewhere that the reverse camera is not compatible with the current system.

Have they fixed the glitches?

Please advice.

Just installed the camera by BMW, no complaints. Reason for choosing the BMW camera is that 2 years warranty comes with the system. You'll never know what may go wrong if you are the unlucky one. Lol. Was thinking of Soft Close doors as well as surround view, but then expertise in where I come from is very limited. Val101, did soft close doors needed programming of any sort? Thanks.
