Runflat Tyres for the F10

With so many brands and models of runflat tyres in the market, which would you choose assuming that you are only going to be using runflat tyres on your F10? Can you rate them according to :i) Ride and Comfortii) Noise Levelsii) Handlingiv) Wet Weather Gripv) Durabilityvi) PriceI know that most of forumers will advise to use non-runflats but this is the way the car has been designed and sold in its stock configuration so I would like some advice on this.
