You cant trust the dealers. They advertise every good. I tested and bought a E39 yr 2001 in Jan this year. Engine lasted only 3 months. Had to replace with another engine. Fortunately the replacement is a blessing. Even diagnostic wont tell u if something major is brewing inside. Just be weary.
