Hakkamee, I got the navigation computer from eBay UK. Then i did some 'elbow greasing' of my own to install it as I don't have any workshop who would want to do it for me in Penang.

In KL you would have a few choices and one of them I've spoken to is Freddie of Obermaier. He has done navigation conversion for some Japanese import E60's. You may want to pay him a visit.

But if you want to take the challenge to do it on your own, do let me know. I'll provide you with all the necessary info but first you must have the pop-up screen on the dash and you will have to make a purchase of the DVD navigation computer from eBay.
