Reupholster or reskin steering, seats, etc

Hi,I am thinking of re-upholstering the steering, seats and some door panels. more importantly, the steering, driver seat and driver door panel. it has aged terribly bcos it was formerly a company car and the company driver uses it mostly to ferry the boss, etc.Where can i do it and how much estimated? I budget (ignorantly or hopefully right), RM1K to do the important stuff. Is that viable?Oh yes, the car is a 2005 e60 520i, purchase from auto bavaria.
