Recommended replacement tires for E92 320i

Hi,It's time for my wife's 4 year old 320i to have the tires changed (225/45R17).Recommendations anyone?I'm assuming Run Flat technology has improved over the past 4 years and there are 'more comfortable' ones available now.Tips on good dealers and typical prices would be much appreciated.Thanks!

this info may come in late. i just change mine exacly same size as yours. its continental CSC@ or something. RFT. rm850ea including balancing & alignment.
