Rear windshield heating element

Hello, I would like to find out how would it be possible for me to restore my rear windshield heating elements. It was ripped out last time when we had the car tinted and i am goin to have the car tinted again and would like to know if there chance i might be able to restore the heating elements without changing the rear windscreen.
