1) Haltech
E6X RM 7,000.00

2) 3 inch Exhaust+down pipe and wastegate 40 mm
Tial Wastegate RM 7,00.00
Exhaust system RM 1,5000.00
Extractor (taiwan/thai) RM 1,200.00


3) High pressure fuel pump
Walbro RM 900.00

4) Injectors
Sard 1000cc x4 RM 900.00

5) Bigger turbo.
GarretT88 RM 8,000.00

With the above setup, u'll need fuel rail
Sard Fuel rail RM 1,200.00


Total= RM 20,700.00




For BMW

RM15K = Raptor supercharger at 0.4 bar boost. hummmm......

Just swap to 2.8 Engine wif a dyno report of 155whp without charger. No Nos, No midification to the engine. Just rely on charger boosting. Great tuner tat help to boost up the hp. There is still room to improve but the transmission cant take it any more( 367NM ). So decided to convert to manual transmission. Around 115whp of increased.

Next stage will be boosting up to 1 bar + manual transmission sure can pecah 300 whp. 1 bar is the limit to the charger kit d.

Is NICMUND le. Just sharing not selling. (hate tis feeling le )

There is still room to improve but the transmission cant take it any more( 367NM ). So decided to convert to manual transmission. Around 115whp of increased.

We are installing a charger kit into a valtronic engine. ( latest e 90 engine 4 potter ). The most difficult part is the ECU section and lack of space. In order for the charger to work perfectly with the engine. We need to tune to the optimum safe level. Same thing apply to ur engine.

Costing is approx. 20k.

So have you guys try SC on any E90 325i yet ? Do I do an ECU remap first and then only SC it or I do it all at one time ? After SC, how much of bhp and torque gain, I mean for the 325i engine which is currently at 218 bhp with 250 nm ? I'm pretty raw on this type of modification.

Don do remap now cause it waste of money. Install the SC 1st then onli the remap or piggyback comes in. 1 time tune for all.

The workshop do have the experience of installing E60 year 2006 ( new engine )before.

stock = 218bhp, 250NM

After SC = At least 278bhp, 300NM with 0.45 boost.

Aiya ! Seing too many engines everyday. No matter M52, M54, S54, M40 & etc also can installed SC.

Opp, just to advice you as a fellow member, I suggest you do a bid of read up from this forum to understand the headaches and also the orgasmic feeling of Supercharging. Some did it very easily, some not, some gave up and sold their SCs and etc....

If you are planning to SC your car, do prepare for this. Once you are ready, then enjoy the journey to adding extra ommphhh to your car....

but remember though....you aint gonna out-run those JDMs...hee hee.....
