Radio Problem

I have a problem with my Thai-made E60's radio as it can turn silence for 1-2 seconds while playing any station. It can occur anytime whether the car is turning or stationary.Anybody experienced similar problem? Any idea on how to solve it?

I think it's your radio setting - you may have checked the scan option, which automatically changes the frequency of the station to your location. But this causes the radio to mute for a few moments probably when it searches for the signal. Try unchecking the option in your i-drive for the radio station setting.
