Bro .. called the advertiser ( from ampang ) his price is 550rm for FM and additional 300rm for Tv on motion . Not sure how reliable he is . BTW , he dont have the software update thingy to latest version also .

cannot with my radio...
japan spec 1999 model...

P/S...
During retrofit my cluster meter with bro haywire try to adjust my radio...
Only can access serial no. and GAL but no AREA to change the location...
So sad seams that mine cannot do it on the unit...:stupid:

Not sure whether this is worth to share with all the bimmers.

My ride is 535i GT with idrive. I had the same problem with radio frequency as the car was imported from Japan. As you all know, there is no more frequency available after 90 hz. One day when I played with the radio tuning, I accidentally discovered that my 77.2hz was playing 97.2hz radio station. Same went to my 83.3hz, it was playing 93.3hz. With this discovery, I am no longer require to add any radio booster/receiver.

For BMW, no need to add booster. All u need is to reprogram your radio... Same as original local radio
