Radiator error msg

Dear Friends,

I need some advices . I am from KL came to Penang , is there any recommended workshop to check my car. Last Monday change the small hose on top the radiator due to the same error, they said the hose was leaking. On the same day after change the hose I drove to Penang,before I reach the error appear again.

Last year October just change the radiator. I don't think it leak again.
Any other possibilities?

Finally the problem is the water pump. Already change it cost is around Rm 300
