i dont htink leaded fuels are ban, if they are ban, you won't be seeing any old jallopys running around...
Actually, leaded petrol has been phased out in the nation. I remember coz when this happened i was worried how it would affect my VW beetle at the time. Everyone was coming up with this leaded>unleaded conversion.

fyi, projet has been around in the states longer then shell!
and in thailand they r known as jet.

According to my sources in the fuel industry... all petrol 92 or 97 are not leaded. Gomen rules.

Vladd, i don't think it's wise to use 92 ron due to detonation in your engine.

just my 2 sen
Usually i use this fuel for my lawn mower and kapchai. :D Cheap and good.

How come i don't see Petrol Kiosks that have a tyre shop as well?
there are some Petrol Kiosk which has a workshop. There's one in USJ3 - SHELL, among others....

I meant solely selling tyres, like a proper tyre shop. I saw one in Singapore that was really big, lots of cars in the garage as well.

I'm just wondering because i hardly see any big tyre shops in general... and none specialising in 16"> second hand sport tyres. Reason i'm asking is that my dad's friend's son is selling 16"> sport tyres second hand from Europe in bulk (by container). In Europe the regulations are such that when there is 65% of the tyre left, perhaps even more (can't remember), the tyres are due for a change. So these tyres that he's selling are still good and affordable for people who buy big rims and then don't have the money to buy new tyres after that. Anyway, this whole thing sounds like a good investment to me, and it might go with a petrol station setup as a sort of 'pitstop' for people who burn alot of rubber...

Heh, a bit off topic but the whole petrol station discussion reminded me of that one with the tyre shop i saw.
