Photo Editing

Hello All,Mind sharing how to edit photos. I tried with MS Picture Manager & Google Picasa but can't find any tools to blackened/censor the number plate.

Bro,

MS's PAINT will suffice if u need to cover license plates. Picasa 2 is more a organiser, with photo clean up and batch functions.

MS Paint? Err...In which programme ah? I'm running on MS Office 2003. Can't seem to locate MS Paint.

there r no such windows2.5.. if there is such thing it will be in dos enviroment(missed those days).... and pentium only out since windows 95... before that it should be a x486 processor or equevalent(i've burn a lot of this processors).....lol.... gudluck bro...
oh and how did u open this internet browser if u using dos?

heh heh... I was wondering also what da heck is windows 2.5, as far as I know, all windows are 0.75... 0.75 = 3/4 = tiga suku

Okay, back to the topic, before Microsoft Paint, I think it was called Paintbrush, some older versions may not support JPEG file editing. Need some clever workaround.
