Petronas Silver arrows came out 5th again on the 2nd day of testing. Quick, which team was dead last again, and was only 4.6s behind the leader? 4.6s...almost a whole pitstop per lap...

BTW, a civil servant friend just told me they're allowed to fly a certain budget airline now. How unexpected!
