For your consideration, perhaps upload a chart of price vs time, with Ron95, Ron 97, Diesel & Crude price plotted in different lines?
More senang than text lah.. haha!

Some suggestions, if I may:

• Would you please define 1] price and 2] barrel
  • price: spot?
  • barrel of crude: North Sea Brent, Tapis or etc etc

Not wanting to be anal about it, but prices do differ among the ones stated above and many more as classified in the market. So for consistency purposes, its better to define to one and stick to that. Comparative statistics can easily be performed once you have that in place.
