Petrol nozzle tripping

hi all , i m a one of the Petrol Station Dealer in Klang Valley. Ok .. this (tripping) happens frequently, not the nozzle or the car problems, this is becoz of the gas that build-up inside the tank kick the nozzle sensor that located at the nozzle tip (nozzle kepala). So the pump thought that the tank already full, this is totally nothing to do with the quality of nozzle or brand.

Ok, wat u need to do is ... pull the nozzle out a little bit, dun (cucuk) the nozzle too deep or close to the fuel rip (hole) so that those gas can run out instead of kick back to the nozzle. coz normally our car original tank air vent is not enough big to let those gas out faster than the petrol pumping in ... so .. dun cucuk terlalu masuk la give some free place la ...

Glad you found a way that works, Mouse.

And another thing, I noticed there is a new pump nozzle design. It looks sleeker and more angular.

So far, using the nozzle w the new design, I can fill up at one go at max speed; quite an improvement.

I found these new pump nozzles at Shell.
