Handmade Diesel Nozzle Adapter for 320d 520d

Just got my 320d yesterday, immediately I stucked in Petronas with the Diesel nozzle, which is a smaller in size nozzle. After calling Jacelyn, she instructed me to leave the nozzle a bit and refuel it manually bit by bit for 50L. You can imagine how long it was and I felt very stupid to have BMW with Diesel. The Mangkala even took a screw driver to help.....I stopped him.Two hours later I came back to the Petronas with this adapter and it works!

Who need this Diesel Nozzle Condom do let me knowJust found out this petronas has another pump with correct nozzle, so in case you have arrived to a petrol station with a smaller nozzle ,,, this is for you.Dr. Wah

i thought its the bigger nozzle is the one that cannot fit our tank intake , i am using 520d so not sure about it so far i pump diesel the nozzle fit

After checking around, Petronas has three different nozzles
1. Smaller
2. Right size
3. bigger for lori

The adapter is meant for the smaller size. The adapter has the same size as the correct size nozzle and therefore it fits in and then you can insert the nozzle all the way in.

Caltex has BioDiesel...can pump or cannot?

The current biodiesel that is available is b5, should not be a prob to our D...

BTW for those adaptor less,what you can do is take out the plain screw driver (or any test pen for that matter) push the upper latch,and get the small nozzle through,the cover should open. if this is hard to imagine,i'd try to snap pictures for step by step pictorial guide when i'm free. so far BhP diesel nozzles fit just fine (the medium ones)

I got what you meant. The BMW Diesel intake has upper and lower latchs. So if you push the upper latch with a slim screw driver then use the nozzle to push the lower latch, then it shall open.

Support automatic filling (not yet test, my tank still full. Testing till full)
Male type condom :love:

instruction: Attach the condom to the nozzle in advance, then insert to the feul intake.

Version 1.0
Manually refuel (Was trying automatic refuel, and the result is...)
Female type Condom

instruction: Insert the condom to the intake, then insert the nozzle. More like Female type condom

Dr. Wah, sorry for asking the dumb question. Any idea the material for the noozle adaptor is PVC or ABS?

No idea what type of plastic it is using, shall be the cheap type but recycleable. Shouldn't be worry as not using it to store Diesel, just to access the tank.
