you got it right! the real headache will be at the next stop, where wire harnesses will be fabricated as brand new stuff like the engine harness for the M20 L-Jet is no longer available.
 
101 pages!!!!!!!!!! I spent part of my 2 working days' office hours to cover all the pages... I must say when I was on the first few pages I told myself I must not jump to the last page to see the end product of the restoration and that I must read each and every post in this thread..... haha... guess what, I did! Eventhough not yet happy ending of the story but nevertheless it was damn exciting reading thru it!

I'll definately keep checking on updates of this thread on DAILY BASIS!!! ha...
 
Absolutely fabulous...I wanna send my baby for the same kind of treatment, but drive it daily and can't resolve to letting it go to the workshop for more than a day heheh...

thanks for the compliments bro.. however regret to inform that work is on hold AGAIN. project engineers are once more busy with other things and my car has never been a priority since early March this year.

Sorry to hear about that. Very frustrating when things which have been booked in earlier, gets passed on for other projects. It's been more than a year now, and still, no signs of it being completed?

well, the car was supposed to have been at the current place for only three weeks. that was on March 9th this year. your guess is as good as mine bro..

3 weeks? Wow. That's quite astonishing really. Sorry to hear about your predicament. Hope you'll be strong to focus your endeavours elsewhere for the time being. Further spruce up your E34 perhaps?

Corvette engined E30? That's crazy! So much power and torque. Gearbox able to withstand the torque anot? :D Hehe. Would be a blast though. Badge it 316/8, then watch jaws drop as those Wajalutions get smoked by your kuchimayo Bimmer. :D
 
E30maro, ultimate sleeper car. Mental sial. i want one..do u think they have this in mudah.my? :p

What did I tell you the other day Mizhan? These mtors are dime a dozen (at least LS1) back in States and the best part is since this swap is becoming more populer over there now they have customized pnp wire harness.

hmmmm.. wanna start a new project? I can hook u up :listen: hahahahah

yeah, i do remember your stories about E30's running with LS1 in the States. anyhow, i had mixed feelings this morning when i saw your primed bodyshell installed with that S50 - happy to see your E30 project moving along, while very frustrating when my own car hasn't made any real progress in 3 months! my seats and doorcards arrived today too, so i believe enough is enough.

you'll have to ask EEEE30.. his car is grey now, just primer sprayed. doubt it will be red tho.

Now you have no excuse bro. u got rims, seats, door cards, bumpers, spoilers,.. ect. WHat are you waiting for? Just get the job done. :top:
