Yazmeen is the best when it comes to headlamp restoration. U can't go wrong with him. I am a living example....

I had the same problem as yours and in passing i spoke to my mech about it and he showed me a bottle 'No.2 scratch remover' thinghi brand and told me to go home, dab a little of it on a cloth and just tenderly brush it away. So that was what I did last weekend. I am happy to say that after using his 'solution', after that I polished my lights using my normal 'Mothers Polish' cream with my machine and my headlights look super good as new :) All FOC cause my mech is a prince of a guy and allowed me to use his 'bread and butter' FOC...ekeke. My partner paid something like RM800 for his Alphard lights!

calling for yazmeen....calling2....P1 motosport in kuantan offer me to polish n tinted the headlight for rm350...im not done yet...his claim it will be like new....maybe next week i will do that...

Guys i didn't get to pm the guy u recommended but instead i tried a kit called the

Turtlewax Headlight Lens Restorer and the results are...well you guys be the judge

Turtlewax claims it would take several minutes...but it took me around a 1.5hours to do it...but i dare say...its pretty worth it :top:

alright i'll snap one when i have the time.

But i assure u it looks so much better now ;)

Or try to snap one side before and one side after, so can compare directly.

i actually did in on my recond e60 before , what i did was use sand paper grid 100 / 300 / 500 and start wed sanding the he headlamp after i clean it.
i found it easy to just disconnect the headlamp out so it do not scratch the paint work so i start with wet sanding for 30 min then apply polish ( meguiar plastic x ) then kautim.
look brand new.

for me after sanding it, the lens wasn't really clear...only after i used the "sealing pack" did the lens become clear, i guess its some kind of like clear coat for the lights.... how much and where did u get the meguair plastic x from?

Colgate + damp cloth. Work wonders on headlamps...

i tried that, doesn't work me....i guess mine is seriously heavily oxidized... it was clear for like a minute or two after applying the toothpaste...then it started becoming foggy again :/
