1st : Install a condenser/capacitor in parallel to the car's original H7 wiring. Note the positive and negative connections as the capacitor is also polarised. You should use a value of 10,000uF(can purchase this from electronic part shops)
2nd : There is a relay + resistor circuit running around the web. You have to do some searching for it. It will also by pass the error.
actually there is one more. The guy that sold you the HID should have a KIT that also disables the error. If he did not offer you the KIT then he might not be an experienced installation especially on a BMW. But I think the KIT is also one of these solutions that I have mentioned above.

I just installed angel eyes on my e46 (kena racun by u guys lar!!) and the next day i noticed that the engine oil pressure warning light comes on for a few seconds everytime I start my car. I have checked the engine oil dipstick but it is within normal range and i've just serviced my car last month.. Weird.. Now, i am thinking of installing HIDs but it sounds like it's gonna complicate the matter with so many things to change as recommended by tamade7..
