newbies from senawang with f30 mechanical probs

hi, i am normi from senawang....got my f30 last sept 2012, now with steering sound and air cond noisy sound.....anyone else having this same issues?a bit disappointed with bmer dealer to resolve these issues.tq in advance for any sharings
