Need some input...increase torque at low rpm

Guys, From dinan white papers it mention replacing the headers (extractor) can increase power at low rpm... anyone have done this? Whats the end result! Is it true.... any idea with a 4 port (cyln) is there any after market products... did ask a guy from technik but they dont do for 4cyln only 6 cyln... all aftermarket extractors (excluding custom made ones) will not fit into the RHD E46. The steering rack/column is in the way.

Only HiOP will fit.

did my headers on my e30..only 3hp gain.. but torque is much better..
