Need Sifu advice & tips abt buying BMW E92 M3 & Maintanances

Hello ///M cars owner, I gonna upgrade my ride to BMW E92 M3, before I make a jump to put downpayment I would apprieacte some advice abt what I should know abt the car maintenance wise is it problematic car BMW m3 92.. Hope to hear from sifu.. Thanks guys..

I'm no sifu when it comes to the E92 M3. Got my 2012 E92 M3 and did the normal preventive checks like undercarriage rust etc. Also did all the oil/lub change notwithstanding the importer i got it from told me they have changed the engine oil etc. I find it helpful to read other overseas forum like M3post etc to find out what are the common problems encountered by the //M3 owners.

Good luck on your purchase and I'm sure all the //M car sifus here will give you sound advice when needed.

Thanks a lot for replying. Noted with your tips I'm getting 2011 E92 M3 soon. Bt before that I need to sell my current Car GTi MK7, can't wait to own a M3...
