Need help this part leaking

to all sifu's after fixing my vacuum pump oil leak , i degrease the whole engine and found out my rocker cover leaking everywhere. before replacing found out item no.7 here http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=AY72&mospid=47632&btnr=11_3179&hg=11&fg=15 is leaking out oil. any gasker or seals have to be speacially bought for it? i bought rocker/valve cover gasket from bomin they gave me the gasket with 10 gromett (is this correct, saw somewhere it need more than 10 gromett) or any other things i need. plus anyone can suggest where to buy gasket sealant.

Item number 7 has o-ring on the inside built in, replace the whole thing (item 7) and it will stop leaking from the side of it. If I'm not mistaken it cost only RM20/piece and easily DIY.

How much bomin charge for the profile gasket?

Each spark plug tube has 2 o-rings, upper and lower, 1st and last tube can be accessed once the rocker cover open but the 2nd and 3rd tube is blocked by the Valvetronic motor..

Item 3 & 4.. if the o-ring leaks, your plug tube will be filled with engine oil.. :4:
