Anyways, last night using NKVE to go home, immediately come out from Damansara, just tekan kao kao only cos all 3 lanes were empty, so see how the car could go, maxed out at 170 before I released pedal. Haha. Didn't dare to go any faster cos roads were a bit moist.

But I noticed, even though pedal was fully depressed, as soon as it reached 160, the rev needle climbed so slowly to 170. Aiya, why cannot be like Ramsing's punya kickdown... :vroam:

Phai, u should ask him what rim at that car..if E32 with Alpina decals but using the standard 16" wheeler, i can say there's only two in Malaysia, Eggie and another mak cik at Kedah..hehe

The thicker the tyre, it'll takes more time for the tyre to react with the rim's spin...with lower profile tyre, it'll reacts immediately when u floor the throttle (am i like the 'joker' now? )

Just got back from a round trip from Subang - Seremban via LEKAS, and well, it was a real blast in my newly-tuned E32!

Pumped a tank of 95 Xtra, and when I saw the tank at the end of the trip, already 1/4 gone... Aiyor, must've been the speed I was travelling at.

Anyways, on the way back, I was really eager to give it the full wallop, and actually almost breached 200 at one point. The car is even quieter when I was cruising at 140km/hr... Thanks Kevster again!

So close...

Nope, he just dismantled the air filter and manually tuned the engine with a toolkit.

Btw, anybody know who can rectify failing pixels on my speedometer?

The left and right sides of the OBC, [odometer and trip meter, and drive mode [S,D,M & P,R,D,1-3] doesn't show anymore/too dim...

Kevster asked me to get a halfcut, but my dad said it's probably a module failure...

How to rectify, the cheapest and best solution?

cheapest way is not to do a mistake... so i suggest you borrow someone's non-faulty meter cluster first, and fit it in your car... if the problem is still there, then yes it's a module failure. If it solve the problem, then half-cut "here i come"
