Eggie the top of the ALPINA should be the same line with the top of the left signal. Likewise for the B11 3.5 too.. Now its the bottom of the ALPINA is in the same line of the top of the signal and makes it too high up. Check the Alpina picture you post..

BTW,how much did you get the emblems for Eggie? Just saw a grey E34 with the same B11 3.5 emblem but seriously looks a bit off..He put the Alpina on the same side as the B11 3.5..
But it looked pretty good, except he had deep dish rims & not Alpina rims..

Now this racun starting to permeate into me..wah..feel like going the same way..ha ha ha!!..

So far only 19" available, and the tyre shop let their customer to use for few days as a spare if their rim sent in for repair. Kalau ada nnt saya roger

Just finished debadging and putting on the new emblems...

Starting point. 730 badge intact since day 1 [1987]. The i fell sometime last year.

Some aggressive arsenal to agitate and remove the stains - nail polish remover, a couple of cotton buds, and Osren APC diluted with water.

Badge removed, leaving an obvious stain.

Aiya, sudah patah. Goodbye 730i.

Almost there...

A bit more to go.

Ooh la la. Took me 20mins to remove the double sided sticker cos the darn thing got hot and stuck with the sticker. Must've been an old sticker. :stupid:

Looking good.

The ALPINA went up in no time cos the sticker peeled so easily.

Emblems ordered from KSK USA, highly recommended by Mizhan. Quick despatch too. Got it about a week after they couriered it from USA. Will PM you the costs if you're interested. But the tax, wow...

Anyways, mine's wrongly aligned too, but oh well, at least I placed them on the correct ends! Come la, join the Alpina route. Not many Alpina E32s here... :love:

Eggie, if u want to move the emblem, do it while the sticker is still new. Easier to remove and clean than after years of exposure to the hot weather.

True true, but worried the double sided side will lose its adhesiveness once I remove it. Haha. Cos now it fits just nice to be surface, no gaps or obvious popping out of the emblems...

Will probably try that tomorrow if I am sober enough to remove the emblems.
