Nicely done bro and i love the mods you've done so far (the CF front is my fav)... but the AC tail pipes looks out of place tho. Do take vids and pics when you received your baby from the mech :)

Is this your daily drive or your weekend ride?

yaloh yaloh bro!!! i also agree with u that the AC tail pipes look funny. The tail pipes were installed by the previous owner. Actually i bought it as a daily ride purpose. However, i am afraid that the carbon fiber will be scratched by our naughty kampung boy @@". Thus, i still continue with using my daily ride- Perodua Kelissa 1.0 (owned by my wife...hehe) Will post my daily ride for sharing ^^. My airtrek is mainly use for long distance hilly road from Sri Aman to Kuching.

Amazing!!! :top: I am really impressed with you and your ride... :) The end results should be stunning.

james,
this kelisa no need to put CF as per e46.
manalah tahu...
ur e46 gonna be the most 'individual' in Swak.
the only sad thing is the road condition SriAman-Btu/Miri or even SA-KCH
17" is the most suitable rimsfor ur ride
i'm waiting for ur side view since ur rear look spoiled by the twin-twin AC tails.

thx abu^^. the only better the road is from serian to kuching high way. Some parts from sri aman to kuching also quite nice. The top hill , bukit bengunan ( i dunno whether i spell it correct or not) is a true disaster. I dont call it as "uneven" coz i prefer to refer it as " handy plaster". They just simply "paste" on the previous holes.

I will get a side view shot when i collect the car^^. I am still thinking how should i fix the exhaust. The freaking twin2 AC Tails seem like out of their way. Dunno what was previous owner thinking:eek:

The Car that inspired my e46 project

This is a picture i copy from the car domain website. The owner is from Thailand.:top: This is the one that seducing me to go for e46 as previously i was half hearted whether to go for Honda civic FD2 or e46.

wow.. you have quite deep pockets there james.

No lah mizhan. I am from a small town in Sarawak ( Sri Aman, the town of peace ^^) We do not have shopping centres and place to lepak. The biggest "super market" is the double-storey EVERISE. We have 2 small pubs here and alot of kopitiam. We also only have 5 car dealers in the town. I have to drive about 2 and half hours via a hilly and uneven road to another town , Kuching for shopping. Thus, i have no opportunity for spending alot. Hence i only spend for my cars coz i treat them as my family. I will touch them, bath them and look at them thorugh the window every night. If i can drive the car into my living room or bed room, i will do that for sure ^^. I believe that if i love them, they will protect me and my wife on the road. Sounds psycho -.-". If you come to Sri Aman, pls feel free to visit me ^^. I will bring you to dang dut , hehe

Hope your wife doesn't feel jealous. Btw, how are you transporting the car up to Sri Aman? Drive it up yourself or using car carrier?

Salut
