my bmw 520i couldn't transfer ownership

Just received a call from bmw salesman that i cannot take my car tomorrow reason been cannot transfer ownership due to ssm that they say not renew since 2012 that i did submit together my renew ssm till 2015 to them and they didnt attached together to jpj during process .....and the salesman blame me ..... bad sale service ..... and somemore i stay in melaka and already sold my old car tomorrow the owner will come and pickup... how am i going to drive tbis few days
