Mud/dust cover for BMW 325i E90

Hi All, I am looking for the Mud/dust cover (actually I am not sure how to call it), it is a dust cover (something like carpet) covering on the top part above the wheel in semi round shape. Any one know where can I get this? One side was torn off and I worry big quantity of water will be flushed into it and cause rusty...My foreman said it needs to be ordered specially, deliver in 3 - 4 weeks time ... fainted~Thanks.

Any idea where can I get one? Can't wait for 3 - 4 weeks delivery, raining everyday in KL ~~
