Metal Grinding Noise after replacing long Shaft Center bearing

I just got my long shaft center bearing replaced and i'm starting to hear a Metal Grinding Noise at low speed acceleration. First i though it was the heat shield that is touching the shaft when rotating but checked all ok it was not touching, not sure what else could be causing the sound.

Its kinda irritating when the sound appears when moving from standstill. Anyone experienced this before ?
