Malaysia E36 328i OBD2

HiDonno if anyone can answer this? Been trying to locate and find out if our local E36 328i has any internal OBD2 port. the 16 pin port which in US models is located below the driver dash. It is covered with the small flap with OBD written on it.Cheers.sorry if this sounds silly

I know its not what u wanted but still its Jap and direct fitment.

Well from what i read so far it might be only US model having OBD2 connector as it was a requirement there in 1995.
Europe only enforce that much later i think in 1998 or 1999 so there is a possibility that ours follows EU models.
Was hoping some seniors might have an idea. or perhaps a mod to add that connector in if dont have.

Haha hmm showroom thread. I is lazy. maybe perhaps one fine day when i very very free i will make one kept most development photos and change list.
Hmm rpf1 saw that earlier. price too high and prefer to look for 17" now.
