nice to get in touch with u contrail... i've always wondered how a supercharged 530i stack up against the 545i... the stats are close but wonder how they perform in real life. wanna try a few hot laps around sepang this 24th? nothing personal i truly admire the 545i and almost ended up with 1 but just couldn't afford to own one...

Ha! Good one. The best I ever saw (too bad I did not take photo), was in Tesco. This Kancil (yes, Kancil) had fitted a kidney grill AND stuck on a BMW roundel on his bonnet and boot

woah! I'm new to this forum but all this tapau business is scary man.Judging from the kakis here,I think I gotta get myself a real M5 and modd it up to the max just for good measuresFor now,I've just got myself an E60 530i and the thing is it comes witha a full Hamann bodykit which i find a little over the top for me so I thought the only way I could go is the M5 bodykit coz the damn car comes with Hamann quad pipes(which works).It would be a waste to go back to the twins don't you think?My dilemma is I can't seem to source the righ Hamann rear bodykit that looks gud.The car comes with the add on right now.I really like the fender grill on the M5 but could anyone here tell me where I could get one that has the Hamann emblem rather than the M5?

Don't say like that... it's up to their preference.
As for me, I don't mod my car to look like M5... but I did put M5 fender grill (as I love the look of having a grill)... as for emblem, I bought original M5 emblem, but minus the "5" when sticking on my car.
I still stick to original M-Sport body kit but added Hamann front lips, rear diffuser + Remus quad exhaust; M-Sport 18" rims; didn't change the side mirror to M5 type (yet) ; nor install Brembo disc & caliper (yet )
My next project will be facelift LCI rear lamp (this one will cost me RM4k++), ECU re-map (RM3-4k) or perhaps in the future sportier side mirror (I don't mind going for M5 but it cost RM5k++!!!)
that will definitely differentiate my E60 to those of M5 :top:

Bro,when you put the Fender grills on,did you get the original M5 fender or the aftermarket grill only and cut a hole in your original fenders?
