went to one tyre shop today to change my tyres..check the car as well due to the front are very bumpy..found out the the lower arm is not in a good condition..he quoted me the price for the boost is 170 per unit..but he couldn't get me the whole set of lower arm..can anyone guide me with the price or anyone experience changing it b4??how much is the cost of changing the whole lower arm..and how much if just changing the boost alone..is there any effect??thx sifus

Bro,

I've just replaced my lower arm (control arm) bush for 300/pair (exclude) labour, plus linkage rod 200/pair.

If you r to change the lower arm (boomerang), it would cost u around RM500/pc..per pair is RM1,000 (M3 style) which are more lasting which has built in 'bush' and ball joint. If your link rod is still in good condition, your cost will be around RM 1,000 exclude labour.

price range from shop to shop, usually 1400-1700 fullset with bush, the link rod is around 200 a pair (if i remember correctly)

i've change the boomerang and bush together for 1450..
is it reasonable??
