Lost my keys...

hi all,just want to know what are the option/cost if i lost the keys to my E34...I was thinking of 2 option currently, appreciate all sifu2 here input about this.1. Find a lock smith to fabricate new key2. Change all the lock cylinder (doors and ignition)anyway, appreciate your help about this, maybe some of you guys might experience this. If you have estimation cost would be nice.. Thanks.
