ya, AB has no pre owned E60 at the moment. i just checked with them.

Hi guys, word of caution. Would like to share with you something about one guy who went around looking for car and issued bounced cheques. He is a sweet talker and appear to be very professiobnal. His modus operandi is to take the car and issue a big 'downpayment' cheque with a promise that his incoming funds will fully settle the purchase. He will then use the car for sometime and repeatedly giving excuses for delays in funds. Then the cheque bounced if you try to cash it. Pm me if you r selling your car. Bro SMG, this is not targetted at you, it is just a general sharing of info in this friendly forum...
